Hello,
I recently bought a new laptop, Toshiba L50B11Z (running Windows 8.1 64-bit), and for the past few days the CD/DVDs have not been detected by the PC.
When I go to the device management panel, I see that the driver (TSST corp CDDVDW SU-208FB) has an error. ("Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the Registry) is incomplete or corrupted. (Code 19)")
I tried to update the driver, but I am told that I have the latest version.
What should I do?
