Alerte email avec avast et virus.help svp

voila, après avoir dl un fichier j'ai des alertes e-mails avec avast.
message disant qq chose comme grand nombre de mails reçu en peu de temps ayant des noms identiques.Bref ces fenêtres s'ouvrent à gogo les unes par dessus les autres j'ai mm pas le temps de les fermer parfois.De plus il me semble avoir un virus persistant.

scan avec spybot.ad-aware.
avec avast.

un nom revien avec spybot et avast il s'agit de WIN 32.vb ou qq chose comme ca.

avec spybot.on me dit qu'il doit etre supprimé après un redémarrage mais la suppresion ne se fait pas après le scan du redémarrage.

avec avast il me dit que le fichier à été supprimé mais j'ai bien l'impression que il le détecte des que je refais un scan.

de plus ces fichiers sont en zone de quarantaine dans avast:
kernel32.dll
winsock.dll
wsock32.dll

dit comme fichiers important sauvegardés.est ce grave.que faire?

le problème le plus sérieux est tt de meme celui des alertes mais avec avast qui s'affiche.help svp.

PC toujours un peu lent au démarrage et meme qu'and j'uvre des fenêtre.

Smitfraudfix est ok.

Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau:
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe

Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions.
Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.
Ne t'inquiète pas si tu vois un message Ecran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal et attendu.

avast viens de mettre un avertissement cheval de troie.

nom du logiciel malveillant: Win32:VBStat-C [Trj]

type de logiciel malveillant: Cheval de Troie

Win32:VBStat-C [Trj]: c'est celui la qui est la depuis le tout début et qui persistent et il infecte pleins de fichiers dll. faut le virer une bonne fois pour toute

sinon ya toujours ces pages avec des adresses comme driver clean ou autre qui essaye de s'ouvrir n'importe quand avec internet explorer.

mon navigatuer mets au moins 7s à souvrir alors qu'avant non.

j'ai l'impression que les problème de lenteur au démarrage sont mieux.

mais plus imortant au niveau d'internet

Déconnecte toi du net.
Ferme tous les programmes en cours (média player, internet explorer, ...etc)

Dézippe (clic droit > extraire) process xp et double clic sur processxp.exe

* Dans la fenêtre principale de processxp double clic sur winlogon.exe
Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'ouvre clique sur threads
sélectionne seulement les lignes qui contiennent tuvwutu.dll puis clique sur kill pour chacune des lignes trouvées.
une fois fait, valide avec ok

* Dans la fenêtre principale de processxp double clic sur winlogon.exe
Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'ouvre clique sur threads
sélectionne seulement les lignes qui contiennent byuwvsro.dll puis clique sur kill pour chacune des lignes trouvées.
une fois fait, valide avec ok

hello,

voila j'ai tout fais
avec processxp dans tout ce que tu m'as mis de supprimer, seul tuvwutu.dll apparaissait dans explorer
les autres dll n'était pas présent que ce soit dans explorer ou winlogon.

Por te parler des pages qui s'ouvrent toute seul avec ie il y a celle la:

Ces pages essayent toujours de s'ouvirr mais la page ne s'affiche jamais, seul l'adresse apparait seulement quand mozilla est ouvert.

Sinon toujours plusieurs pages (surtout drivecleaner) qui essayent de s'ouvrir avec ie

salut j'ai fait ce que tu m'as demandé mais ca a redémmarré après le scan vundofix (c'est obligé).

donc au redémarrage j'ai fait le scan vbg.

sinon j'ai nouvelle erreur au démarrage xcxgilqw.dll je crois. est ce que je doit le supprimer avec killbox en utilisant la méthode déja utilisée avant.

Télécharge ce fichier -
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds yes (touche y) puis attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

1/ Télécharger The Avenger par Swandog46 sur votre Bureau.

2/ Copier tout le texte ci-dessous : mettre en surbrillance et faire un clic droit/ copier

Ouvre le Bloc-Note et clic sur le menu Edition/Coller afin de coller le contenu qui est dans le cadre ci-dessus
Important : Tu dois avoir le contenu du cadre ci-dessous dans le bloc-note, vérifie qu'il n'y a pas de lignes manquantes au début ou à la fin.
- Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau sous le nom remove.txt

Note: Le code ci-dessus a été intentionnellement rédigé pour CET utilisateur.
si vous n'êtes pas CET utilisateur, NE PAS appliquer ces directives : elles pourraient endommager très sérieusement votre système.

3/ Maintenant, lancer The Avenger en cliquant sur son icône du bureau.

* Sous "Script file to execute" choisir "Input Script Manually".
* Puis cliquer sur l'icône en forme de loupe qui va ouvrir une nouvelle fenêtre "View/edit script"
* Dans cette fenêtre, coller le texte précédemment copié sur le bureau par les touches (Ctrl+V).
* Cliquer Done
* ensuite cliquer sur l'icône en forme de Feu Vert pour démarrer l'exécution du script
* Répondre "Yes" deux fois quand demandé.

4/ The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:

* Il va Re-démarrer le système. ( Dans les cas où le script contient un/des "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger re-démarrera votre système 2 fois.)
* Pendant le re-démarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur votre bureau, ceci est NORMAL.
* Après le re-démarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaître les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt
* The Avenger aura également sauvegardé tous les fichiers, etc., que vous lui avez demandé de supprimer, les aura compactés (zipped) et transféré l'archive zip ici : C:\avenger\backup.zip.

5/ poste le rapport C:\avenger.txt ainsi qu’un nouveau rapport hijackthis

euh salut régis, voila vu qu'on arrive en fin de problème,
j'aimerais que tu me dise quels softs je peux surpprimer dans tout ceux que tu m'as fait dl (enfin sutout ceux que tu m'as dl sur le bureau) parce que ca prend de la placde plus su C:\ je n'ai plus que 2Go su 8.merci

euh est ce que je dois supprimer les fichiers sauvergardder de avenger que je lui avait demandé de supprimer?

Vas sur le site https://virusscan.jotti.org/
- Clic en haut à droite sur "Parcourir", navigue dans les dossiers et sélectionne ce fichier : C:\WINDOWS\nircmd.exe
- Clic sur submit toujours en haut à droite
- Le scan va se lancer, ça va prendre un petit instant
- En bas, tu as le résultat du scan, copie/colle le résultat complet du scan ici.

• L'analyse va commencer, ceci peut durer quelques minutes, laisse faire et appuie sur une touche quand on te le demande

euh désolé mais ce fichier n'existe pas ou a été supprimé je ne sais pas.
Ou alors tu t'es trompé dans l'orthographe. Aucun ficher dans le dossier system 32 ne commence par kj.

voila j'ai delete le fichier avec killbox avec delete and reboot en faisant un copier\coller

ba c'était mieu mais j'ai l'impression que ca redevient un peu lent surtout avec internet mais ce vient peux être de la connexion.
j'ai des virus détecté par avast de temps en temps souvent temp dans local settings.
