Bonjour,
Le scan on line de BitDefender m'informe que mon ordinateur portable (mon système) est infecté par Trojan.Generic.8541896.
Pour l'éradique, BitDefender me demande de télécharger son logiciel gratuit, mais cela implique la désinstallation de l'ancienne version.
Quelqu'un connaîtrait-il une autre méthode.

Si tu veux une aide efficace, il faudrait donner le chemin complet...
et pas une indication vague.
Faire un Scan OTL - Temps : Environ 40min

OTL permet de diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections - Le programme va générer deux rapports OTL.txt et Extras.txt
Fournir les deux rapports :

* Télécharge http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/ sur ton bureau.
(Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

* En haut à droite de Analyse rapide, coche "tous les utilisateurs"
