Bonjours à tous,

Voila si je suis ici, c'est que j'ai quelques problemes avec mon PC.

j ai sans arret lorsque j ouvre internet des fenetres de pub qui apparaissent spysecure,casino etc....

j aimerais savoir comment m en debarasse une bonne fois pour toute
j'ai zone alarm comme pare feu
avast comme anti virus
et spyboot
c cleaner
mais rien n y fait
j ai toujours ces fenetres de pub qui apparaissent
j espere que quelqu'un pourra m aider
merci encore pour votre aide

je ne suis pas du tout experte en informatique

    Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
    http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
    Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
    Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
    Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

    Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
    (ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

    Patiente jusqu'au message :

    Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.

    Salut

    Evite les doublons
    Cela n'ira pas plus vite

    ¤Démarre en mode sans échec :

    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter

    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.

    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !

    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

    Double clique sur navilog1.bat

    Laisses-toi guider.

    Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valides.

    Indique le mode de nettoyage "automatique"

    Laisses toi guider et réponds aux questions éventuelles
    Ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal.

    Patientes jusqu'au message :

    *** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***

    Appuies sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.

    Sauvegardes le rapport de manière à le retrouver

    Refermes le bloc note.

    Ton bureau va réapparaître

    Redémarres normalement et copies-colles l'intégralité dans une réponse.

    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (cleannavi.txt)

    PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
    Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Cliques en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
    Tapes explorer et valides. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

    Je t'ai demandé : "As-tu encore des pubs ??""

    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 ((Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5)).
    dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !

    Relance le programme Smitfraud,
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2,
    répond oui à tous ;
    Sauvegarde le rapport,
    Redémarre en mode normal,
    Copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

    * Choisis l'onglet Contenu puis onglet Certificats.

    quitte tes applications et navigateur et fix/check les lignes ci dessus.

    Télécharge Pocket KillBox sur ton bureau.
    http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe

    Double-clique sur le fichier Killbox.exe, et coche la case "Delete on reboot".
    copie la ligne ci dessous :

    C:\Program Files\OFFICE One6.5\OFFICE One PDF Manager\OoPDFSettingsv6.exe

    Sur PocketKillBox --> menu "File" --> "Paste from Clipboard"

    Tu peux vérifier dans le menu déroulant que le fichier est bien présent.
    - coche la case "Unregister dll before deleting" (si tu en as la possibilité)
    - clique sur le bouton "All files"
    - clique ensuite sur la croix rouge

    Au deux messages qui vont s'afficher, tu réponds par "YES"
    L'ordinateur doit redémarrer, sinon, fais le toi-même, quoiqu'il arrive.

    alors tu as réussie pour virus total?

    fais ceci aussi :

    Redémarre en mode sans échec :

    ¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage du pc sans t arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5)

    Puis ouvre le dossier clean et ouvre clean.cmd et choisis l'option 2.
    Redémarre normalement et poste le log clean.

    avec hijack this coche ceci :

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OoPDFSettingsv6.exe] C:\Program Files\OFFICE One6.5\OFFICE One PDF Manager\OoPDFSettingsv6.exe

    quitte tes applications et fix check la ligne ci dessus

    avec la kill box

    Double-clique sur le fichier Killbox.exe, et coche la case "Delete on reboot".
    copie la ligne ci dessous :

    C:\Program Files\OFFICE One6.5\OFFICE One PDF Manager\OoPDFSettingsv6.exe

    Sur PocketKillBox --> menu "File" --> "Paste from Clipboard"

    Tu peux vérifier dans le menu déroulant que le fichier est bien présent.
    - coche la case "Unregister dll before deleting" (si tu en as la possibilité)
    - clique sur le bouton "All files"
    - clique ensuite sur la croix rouge

    Au deux messages qui vont s'afficher, tu réponds par "YES"
    L'ordinateur doit redémarrer, sinon, fais le toi-même, quoiqu'il arrive.

    on l´avais deja fais au dessus mais elle est encore la...

    * lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour. Patiente
    si tu n'arrives pas à le mettre à jour prends ici les màj

    Sur la page "analyse":
    •- tu choisis d'abord l'onglet "paramètres".
    - sous « Comment réagir » clic sur « Actions recommandées » et dans le menu déroulant, choisir « Supprimer »

    puis a la fin du scan supprime tout ce qu´il a trouvé

    remet aussi un rapport hijack this,
