Virus Dummy Solved

Question

Hello everyone
Here is my problem, yesterday when I was shutting down my computer, a window appeared telling me that Dummy was open and that I had to quit the application by clicking on "terminate now" or "cancel". I would like to know what Dummy is and especially how to uninstall it.

- Download ZHPDiag to your desktop

- Follow the installation guide.

- Open ZHPDiag (parchment icon)

- Click on Complete.

Note: For Vista/Seven/8 users, right-click on the icon and "Run as administrator",

Wazzzaaaa, your PC is a niche for malware, you're in the top 5 :)

- Download ZHPCleaner from (Nicolas Coolman) to your desktop

- Double-click the icon to launch it

Note: Run as administrator on Windows Vista, Seven, and Windows 8

- Accept "the terms of use"

- Click on Repair

Note: During the cleaning, if the tool asks you "Have you installed this proxy?" and you haven't installed any, click "No"

- Host the report ZHPCleaner.txt found on your desktop on Cjoint then copy/paste the provided link in your next response.

▶ Launch it by clicking on the icon "adwcleaner_3.305.exe" on your desktop,

▶ Once the scan is finished, choose the "Clean" option.

Use them one by one, disable your antivirus while downloading and running ZHPCleaner, it's a false positive.

- Download Junkware Removal Tool (by thisisu) to your desktop.

- Launch Junkware Removal Tool, run as administrator on Windows: 7/8 and Vista

- Press any key to start the tool

- Let the tool work ....

- Once the scan is complete, go to your desktop, the file JRT.txt has been created.

- Host the JRT.txt report located on your desktop after your PC restarts on Cjoint and then copy/paste the provided link in your next response.

Hello,

- Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware by clicking on "Download Free Version".

- Save it on your desktop.

- Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation process (If the firewall asks for permission to connect for Malwarebytes, accept it)

- Once the software is installed and launched,

Launch "malwarebytes"

- Go to the "Setting" tab, then choose your language "French", then in the left menu click on "Detection and Protection", in the "Detection Options" section check the box "Rootkit Search"

- Then go to the "Scan" tab.

- Select "Threat Scan" then click on "Scan Now".

- If an update is reported click on Update Now then wait during the scan

- Once the scan is complete, ensure that the action Quarantine is selected for all detected items.

- Click on "Apply Actions". If prompted to restart the PC, do so.

- In the Scan tab, click on Export Log => Text File (txt). Otherwise, go to the History tab then Application Logs.

- Host the report on Cjoint then copy/paste the provided link in your next response.

For the disinfection tools, delFix will remove them.

Keep malwarebytes and run scans regularly with it.

In order:

Reset your browsers

Disable it while downloading and using your antivirus

- Download SFTGC (by Pierre13) to your Desktop

- Run SFTGC, execute as administrator under Windows: 7/8 and Vista

- Click on GO

Note: At the end a report will open

- Once the scan is complete, go to your desktop, the file SFTGC.txt has been created.

- Host the report SFTGC.txt present on your desktop on Cjoint then copy/paste the provided link in your next reply.
