Hello,
Since June 6, 2012, I ordered MAXVIRIL capsules for the amount of 28 euros, I paid by bank check made out to Topform. It has already been withdrawn from my account. I still have not received my order. Several reminders by email. Customer service (Vanessa) responds to me, delivery time 6 to 14 days (working days from Monday to Friday), every time the same response. Practically a month and a half and still nothing. What steps should I take?

Bank check -> cashed in France....

What do you have to help you learn more:
- exact name of the company
- URL link to their website
- address to send the check...

Hello, I also placed an order on this site Maxviril 15 days ago, payment made by credit card so already debited, and still have not received the product. After sending 4 emails via their form, I still have no response from them, it's starting to be too much. Do you know who to contact? I contacted Fiddiam in Luxembourg, they told me to contact Topform in Paris but I can't find their number. I have a feeling it's dead for receiving my order or getting my refund. If someone could help me please?

For my part, it has been over 3 months since I received my order. I have already made several requests to them via email but received no response. Today, I am wondering if this site is really reliable and if it has simply become a scam!!!

Good evening, to this day and for the past 3 weeks, I have still received nothing either.
The 28.50 euros have indeed been deducted, though.
After several emails, I have received no response from them.

I am in the same situation; I placed an order for Max Viril 15 days ago, and the €28.50 has just been debited, but I still haven't received the product. I will try to call them tomorrow, but maybe someone has the phone number for Max Viril because I responded to their ad.
