Issue with d-jix 345

Question

Hello! So I have a d-jix 345 2g I put the music normally, it goes in normally, everything is in the mp3/4! But when I go to navigation to look for the music, there are folders with the group names but when I try to access them it says "no file"! So if someone can help me! See you and thanks in advance

Hi, I just posted a reply on another identical topic posted by Darkness. So as I said, I got a D-JIX 340 that has the same symptoms as yours. Apparently, it's a compression issue; if I use MP3 192 Kb/s, it works, but 128 Kb/s doesn't. Give it a try and let me know. I found the D-JIX hotline number (01.48.63.59.25), I'll call them tomorrow. I have exactly the same problem as you...
Even though I put my music in my player (D-Jix 345 and I still have some space left^^), it displays the names of the groups but when you select them it shows "non-file"...
I'm looking for a solution but I still haven't found one... I'm starting to despair.....

Well, as planned, I called the number, which is a complete scam. I then called the company headquarters, which informed me that the technician is on vacation until Monday, so I'll call back on Monday. To be continued!!!

Hello   I also have a problem with my D-JIX 345, actually mine is with the videos. I converted some videos and put them in the player, but when I look in the videos, the names of the videos are there but I can't play them. When I click the play/pause button, nothing happens at all, and on top of that, it says the video is 0:00 min... Please help me   Thank you!

Hi! I have a problem with my DJIX 345, it won't turn on!! It turned off while I was listening to it, and now nothing! I tried to charge the battery but it's full!! My computer recognizes the mp4 but I can't turn it on!!  Please HELP ME!!!!

Je rencontre le même problème ; le baladeur s'est éteint, je ne peux plus l'allumer. Pourtant, il fonctionne quand il est branché au PC, peut-être que la batterie est morte, mais ça fait chier quand même ; je l'ai depuis à peine un mois !!! Est-ce qu'il y a quelque chose à faire à part en acheter un nouveau ???

Hello, aaargh it took me so long to reply! So, I actually went to Boulanger where I bought it and they told me it was a classic problem, so I didn't need to change it; they told me to call the customer service number on the receipt regarding the warranty, and that I should put the installation CD of Djix Media into the PC and connect the player at the same time, and that a technician from their side would tell me to do some manipulations to make it work again. But like always, I called several times with the nice voice that says "please hold, we will take your call......", after 10 minutes of waiting I got fed up so I hung up because no one picked up my call lol and I unplugged my player. Everything I told you was useless then!! lol BUT! After unplugging my player I tried to turn it on and there......... well it TURNED ON!!! lol even though it hadn’t wanted to turn on for a week... So I don't really know what happened but in any case since then it works well. Needless to say that the technicians at Boulanger were no help at all LOL So just try putting in the CD and connecting your player to the PC. I hope it works for you!! Good luck, see you!

I just bought a jix 345 and it works very well  I turn on the mp3 on musik, I plug the cable into the computer, I go to My Computer, I drag my music to drive h (or removable disk) and everything works fine  I know there are a lot of people having problems, if it doesn't work change it, my first 345 didn't work.

I have a problem; I put music on the MP3 and then I listened to it to see if it worked, and it did. Then I plugged it back into my computer and deleted the music that was already on it when I bought it, and now I can't turn it on, and my computer doesn't recognize it anymore...
