    This error means that you will need to change the ink collector located at the back of the machine.

    Hello, do you have the printer manual? If so, the error codes should be listed there; if not, try calling technical support and ask them what this code means;

    1) Have you checked your ink cartridges? Are they not empty?
    2) It could be the used ink collector behind the machine; if it's full, it needs to be replaced

    Definitely try to get the manual or contact Ricoh to confirm the error before incurring any costs :)
