Changer la carte graphique d'un PC portable

Bonjour,
J'ai un PC portable ASUS F75A TY288H carte graphique Intel(R) HD Graphics les jeux sur mon pc marché au ralenti puis-je changer cette carte graphique par un plus puissante merci
