Hello,
I would like an explanation for the symbols displayed on the dial located on the top of the TRAVELER DC 5900 camera. I couldn't find anything in the manual regarding these signs. I think someone among you could enlighten me.
Thank you. Kind regards.

Hello,

Menu Symbol: for settings.
Flash Symbol: to activate the flash.
Mode Symbol: to apply certain settings or effects.
Timer Symbol: to capture the image after a programmed delay.

These commands are easily self-explanatory once you handle them.

Hello,
On this dial above the device, 8 symbols are drawn, including the letter A in red, followed by the letter P and 6 other signs. What you are indicating to me are the symbols located at the back of the device, for which I do indeed have the explanation in the manual for the TRAVELER 5900. I want to remind you that I need the explanations for the TRAVELLER DC 7900;
Thank you, best regards.

Hello,
there is no dial on the device, but 4 symbols around a central button located at the back.
Is that what you're referring to?

Thank you for your quick response. I had provided the references for the device based on the manual, but it turns out that the latter is for a TRAVELER 5900 and the device I have is a 7900, which indeed has a dial on top in addition to the button located at the back (for which the instructions are well outlined in the manual). I just received this camera, and I hadn't noticed that the manual does not correspond to the TRAVELER 7900.
I hope I can figure out how to use this device.
Thank you. Best regards.

Hello Cecim,
Thank you for responding so quickly. I had provided the device references based on the manual, but it turns out that the latter is for a TRAVELER 5900 and the device is a 7900, and it indeed has a dial on top in addition to the button located at the back (for which instructions are clearly provided in the manual). I was just given this camera and I hadn't realized that the user manual did not correspond to the TRAVELER 7900.
I hope I can manage to use this device.
Thank you. Best regards.
