Hello, I am receiving an ID document that I need to print on my HP WiFi 3700 all-in-one. The result is a giant copy, in other words, the entire A4 sheet. I would like to remind you that I am using my Android phone and the image received via WhatsApp. However, printing PDF documents works normally.

Images are generally much larger than their actual size.
For example, with a Samsung, an image of 2448 x 3264 px has a "physical" size of 86.36 x 115.15 cm at 72 dpi...
All this to say that if you are sent an image from a phone, the printer will reduce its print to the maximum size of the paper.
To avoid this, either there is an application on Android that allows you to change the "physical" size of the image, or you print it from software on your computer.
