Hello, when I turn on my camera, the lens extends, the screen appears blurry for a few seconds, then the lens retracts and displays the message "try to reset," then when I turn it on again, the same action repeats but the displayed message is "Lens error."
The device has not been subjected to any shocks.
Does anyone have a solution?

I just had the same problem: blurry screen and photos too. No impact
Below is a passage taken from the CASIO website.
This device has a recurrent lens defect.
"This issue may occur after the camera has undergone a significant impact. More rarely, it may mean that the lens is not properly aligned. Turn the device off and then back on. If this does not resolve the issue, contact the authorized CASIO TECHNO SERVICE representative or the Casio technical center in your area."

Same messages for me on a Casio Exilim that hasn't been physically damaged. Here's what I do and what's worked for me:
I turn on the device. When the lens extends, I gently hold it with my fingers to prevent it from retracting and displaying its error message. Then off, and back on. And it works.

I am contacting you regarding my Casio EXILIM EX-Z65 digital camera, which dates back to 2007 and is no longer under warranty.
For a week now, my camera has been shutting down and its zoom lens does not retract, it stays constantly extended, no matter how many times I restart it...
the zoom even moves by itself when placed down but never manages to retract!
I don’t want to take all my photos in zoom mode!

-In searching, I see that quite a few people have had the same issue as me: it also shows "lens error" or "try restarting" for them
Here’s what my device manual says about my problem =
"LENS ERROR"
This message appears and the camera shuts down when the lens performs an unexpected operation. If the same message appears after turning on the camera, contact your dealer or a CASIO service center
I have also very often had this message for a few months =
"TRY RESTARTING"
This message appears and the camera goes out of service if the lens hits an
obstacle. Try removing the obstacle and restart the camera.

battery for my camera ordered this Tuesday afternoon on PRICE, already arrived this Wednesday in the mail despite the hi-fi store having sent it by "écopli" mode, so at a low speed! yet another phony online review because it hasn't resolved anything at all! the lens is still stuck with the same error messages! and the Neuville store mentioned hasn't responded to my email since Monday, I will call them tomorrow....
