Uninstallation of Avast Secure Browser is prohibited

Hello,
Like for many people, Avast Secure Browser installed itself without my permission.
But when I try to uninstall it from the programs, it says, "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Avast Secure Browser. Contact your system administrator."
However, my account (the only one) is the administrator of my PC; I checked.
I am on Windows 8.1.
Can you help me?
