when launching on a site, an inaccessible page appears every time
even though there were no issues last week....

Good evening, the problem is not a maintenance issue at all but a DNS blockage from French ISPs. It is not (yet) official but according to tests on Free and OVH, this is the most likely hypothesis.
The solution is to go through a "web proxy" for simplicity or by editing the Windows hosts file with Notepad as an administrator:
104.28.31.20 dl-protect.com
Do not empty this file, just add the above content at the end on a new line.

actually, on the site they write that they have an issue with dl-protect.
so I will try again this weekend
