Critical error + Kernel warning

I recently formatted my computer because since I updated for AMD, my computer became slower and when I closed the lid and opened it again, I had to force it to shut down (by holding down the power button). Since the formatting, the problem is half resolved... When I open the lid after closing it, nothing happens for a moment and then it restarts. When it restarts, I check the event viewer and I see two things: a critical error and a warning.

I believe the question is quite simple... How can I permanently get rid of these errors?

    PS: processors 1, 2, and 3 did the same thing as processor 0.
