GTA 5: I'm stuck at 70.5%

Hey everyone,
In GTA 5, I'm stuck at about 70.5%: I have no more missions (main and side), yet for Franklin, there’s a small “1,” which means there's one mission for Franklin, but where is that mission? Because on the map, there are no strangers and freaks, no M (in green), or any of those little things that indicate a mission (you get what I mean, lol).
So if someone could help me, that would be really nice.
PS: I've already tried the thing with Lamar and Franklin where you have to go to Michael’s, but it doesn't work for me.
