Hello,
This software is used to configure certain functions of your graphics card. So it is of no use for most people who have a regular usage.
Personally, I uninstalled it and my computer doesn't seem to be worse off.
The procedure is as follows:
- Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- ATI Catalyst Install Manager
- click on "Modify"
- A window opens, select "Customize"
- A list of software opens, check "Control Center"
- Click "Next"
This will uninstall this file.
