Unable to launch the application (already running)

Solved

Hi!
So I have a problem with Steam and CSGO. I'm on a Mac right now, I'm abroad, and I'm not on my PC. I installed CSGO, but I have a bug. I played a bit and left Counter Strike Global Offensive, and when I wanted to return to the game, there was a message: "Unable to start the application (already running)." But there were no windows open... So is there a solution to force quit Steam?

PS: I've already tried quitting Steam, but it's asking me to quit the game, and I don't see any window.

Thanks in advance
A+

Hello,

Either restart the Mac or, from the Apple menu/Force Quit/select/click on "Force Quit" and confirm.
Keyboard shortcut: cmd+alt+esc
