Running programs

Hello,
I have some "running programs" somewhere but I don't know where to find them ?!! I pressed "alt ctrl del" but that doesn't give me anything, what should I do? Thanks

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

    Good evening,

    To view the running programs, right-click on the taskbar, select task manager and take a look at processes, you’ll be able to see which programs are running...
