How to delete $Recycle.bin? Solved

Question

Hello, I've noticed for some time that I have the virus recycle.bin as well as System Volume Information on my internal drives D and C and on my external hard drive. I have looked at many forums, but some manipulations consist of running a diagnostic and pasting the results in the forum, which is why I am creating my own in case. If I ever try to remove this virus with the YAK software, when I display hidden folders the virus recycle.bin as well as System Volume Information appears on the two internal hard drives, however, on the external hard drive only System Volume Information is displayed. Small note as well, I tried to delete them manually but sometimes they don't get deleted or if they do, they reappear when the PC restarts.

Recycle bin (the trash) and system volume information (system restore) are system folders (for Windows). It's normal for them to exist (as hidden system files). Euh, it's not recycle.bin, it's written as $recycle.bin.

And also the $recycle.bin folder wasn't on my external hard drive before; it only appeared on my external drive when I plugged it into my PC.

I had to reboot my PC three times because during the ZHPDiag analysis, ZHPDiag stopped responding; it happened at 41%, then at 51%, and the last time at 41%. Is this normal?
