No sound on iPad

Hello,

I have no sound on my iPad anymore. When I go to sound settings and adjust the volume, it works. When I plug in my headphones, it works. But there's no sound for videos or apps. My side button is not off, and when I press the buttons to adjust the volume, "sound effects" appears but nothing happens. I have rebooted, but nothing works.
If someone can help me. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    - Go to settings.
    - Then to Sounds
    - Uncheck "Use buttons"

    There you go!
