Divalto Issue..Divalto Startup Failure

Hello,

I have a problem with Divalto.. I can't start it... it says Windows cannot find "'C:\divalto\sys\xrtdiva.exe"divalto.dhop'. Please check the name and try again.

Then: The Citrix server cannot process your startup, etc...

Can you please help me solve the problem?

    Hi,

    based on the message, I would say that either the Divalto mapping file points to the wrong location (I’m no longer working on it, so I can’t remember, but check with the one managing the ERP - the admin, the developer, or your service provider).

    You can also try to directly target the dhop. For example, 
     "C:\divalto\sys\xrtdiva.exe" "c:\temp\divalto.dhop"

    just to be sure, also check the existence of your exe ^^
