Play Store app on Android 4.2.2 not found!

Hello,
My father bought a Danew tablet running Android 4.2.2 and as always, I have to help him with app configuration, ...
But surprise that made me angry: the Play Store is nowhere to be found! I restarted it, but nothing!
I went to Settings > Applications and checked if the Google Play Store app existed ... and yes, it does!
But the question is, how do I open it??

Yes, it's so obvious that I didn't include it in the description! But the app remains UNFINDABLE, EVERYWHERE!!!

try the following manipulation

Click in the search bar at the top of the screen and type "play"

Normally, in the results, there is an applications tab and you can launch the playstore.
