    Hello
    To unlock the PS Vita, you need to reset it. Here’s how to do it:

    1-Turn off the console completely and remove the memory card.

    2-Press and hold the following buttons simultaneously: Power + R + PS Button.

    3-A screen will appear; select Restore PS Vita system.

    Once done, you can reinsert your memory card.
