Putting music on PS Vita

Hello, I just got a PS Vita and I would like to add music but it's impossible. I have tried the methods online but I can't manage it. I installed the Content Manager Assistant.
Here’s what I did:
1- Content Manager
2- PS Vita connected
3- Here it shows PS3 system or PC or online storage, I selected PC
4- USB cable
5- it tells me you need to link your account to Sony Entertainment Network on your PS Vita

    do you have a PlayStation Network account???
    if not, you need to make one
