Unable to type a dot in the email address

Hello, I'm encountering a problem lately...
Indeed, when I want to send an email via my SFR mail, I can't enter someone's email address: as soon as I try to type the dot (for example, jean. dupond), it doesn't work and turns red... However, I can search for my contacts' addresses without any problem.
I think it must be related to my keyboard, but I don't know what to do. It doesn't recognize either the dot key or the comma key in the email address bar.
I'm using a TOSHIBA Satellite laptop.

    Weird, because the dot works well in Excel or Word...
