My built-in GPS in C4 Picasso can't find its location anymore.

In the C4 Picasso, the integrated GPS can no longer find its position.
How do I reset the system?
Citroën suggests sending the device to the manufacturer because they cannot intervene on it.
Do you have a solution?

    You go to Setup and then restore factory settings, it will perform a Reset.
