Hello everyone,

Here is my problem:

When I try to create a new email address (hotmail.fr), Microsoft gives me the following message:

"This email address is part of a reserved domain. Please enter another email address."

However, I have checked and the account does not exist; it is not listed.

Does anyone have any ideas? Perhaps you have encountered this same type of problem and have a solution to offer me.

OK, that's possible!
But how can you recover a hotmail.fr account if you've forgotten the password then?
