Good evening everyone,
The side panel of bookmarks appears/disappears when I type in the URL bar in Firefox, or in the search bar. My text continues to be entered in the bookmark-specific search in the side panel.
Here's a small screenshot to illustrate what appears.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me, it's very frustrating!

Hello,
I had already reset Firefox, but it didn't work. I reinstalled the program, reset it again on your advice, and the bug is still there.. -
What is the operating system and in 32 or 64 bits?

Uninstall Firefox and do a clean reinstallation.
Go to the control panel
Programs and Features
Uninstall --> firefox
During the uninstallation of Firefox, agree to uninstall everything:
Check --> delete all my files
After uninstallation
Restart the PC
Go to: C\program files (x86)
Delete the folder --> mozilla Firefox
Delete the 2 firefox shortcuts on the desktop and taskbar.
Then launch --> CCleaner as an administrator for a cleanup in windows, applications, and registry.
For using CCleaner, check this --> tutorial
Install --> Firefox
