My MacBook Air doesn't detect my external sound card.

Solved

Hello everyone, I just received my new sound card (a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4), I downloaded the software to use it with Ableton Live.
But when I plug the sound card into the USB port of my MacBook Air, my Mac doesn't recognize it. And when I go to System Preferences > Sound > and I want to select the Scarlett 2i4 as the output device, it doesn't even show it to me and tells me that only the internal speakers are available.
Please help me, I have no idea what to do, thanks everyone!

    Hi.

    http://uk.focusrite.com/downloads/os?product=Scarlett+2i4

Check that your version of Mac OS is compatible.

That's right, I have an OSX 10.9 version and there's no trace of this version on this page. The update must not have been made yet.
Thank you very much for your help,
      Have a nice evening!
