I can't install apps from the Microsoft Store.

Hello, I'm contacting you because I can no longer install an application from the Microsoft Store. I can't even see it in my apps and features, but when I type in the Windows search bar, I can find it. I also don't have the Microsoft services anymore. I managed to install Xbox, but not through Microsoft, and I can't open it. I also can't connect my Microsoft account.

Hello,

What is the version of Windows? If it's in S mode, no Microsoft Store.

Check for Windows update updates.

Also check the activation.

Open a command prompt as an administrator:

Type:

sfc/scannow

Press enter, wait for results

it checks certain files.

Try creating a new administrator account and logging in with it.

In case your current user profile is corrupted.

But your Windows seems to be quite damaged, a reset or reinstallation would be appropriate. Remember to back up your personal data externally.

If the problem is recent, try a system restore if possible.

Of course, choose a restore point prior to the problem.
