Unlock USB port Samsung TV

I have a Samsung LE32B450 television that I've owned for 6 months, and I would like to know if it is possible to unlock the USB port reserved for service located at the back of the TV in order
to view photos and videos with a USB stick or hard drive.
If so, is there a solution?

No, it's not possible. The model of your TV seems to be quite old, so unfortunately, you would need to buy a more recent TV.
