Unable to grant access to photos for apps

Wanting to allow access to photos for an application, I was surprised to discover that it was impossible for me: indeed, the apps I had already authorized access to were "grayed out," and I couldn't change their access or not, and furthermore, the applications requesting access to photos were not listed...

My question is therefore: how to "unlock" photo access for applications?
