Call reception issues on Nokia Lumia 520

Hello,
I just bought a Nokia Lumia 520 and I can’t receive calls and texts, it rings “busy.” I can make calls and send texts. I’m with FREE Mobile.
If you have any idea to help me get out of this...

    nb: I had to cut my SIM card to micro SIM to fit my Lumia... could there be a link to my problem.
    If I put this card back into my old phone, I can’t receive calls either... same problem

    Yes, I solved this problem by calling Free.
    And, in fact, you had to go to my Free account, online, and uncheck the box: incoming call blocking or filtering...
    Except that I had never checked that box... strange. From there to thinking that Free tinkers with things so that new subscribers are forced to call them...
    Now it works perfectly.
