When I dial 3249 or 3241, the connection ends immediately. I need to make important calls. Thank you for responding quickly.

    Go to the Free Mobile management interface: https://mobile.free.fr/moncompte/
    In Manage my account > My options, check that premium-rate numbers are not blocked:
    Also go to Manage my account > My services and check that there is no filtering on outgoing call numbers.
