Hello,
My Compaq 615 laptop won't start, when I press the power button it begins to boot then displays a white screen and turns off
a little help please

    Hello;

    Remove the battery and the power cable, then press the power button for 10 seconds, then plug in just the power without the battery, and try to turn it on again.

    Can you give me more details, when it starts, at what moment does the white screen appear, does it show something before?

      As soon as I press the power button, I hear the noise of the CPU fan, then a white screen, and the PC shuts down.
