How to access the 123 voicemail when you've lost the access code

I must have made a false maneuver and thus blocked access to my voicemail 123.
Every time I call this 123, I am asked for my access code, but I have never used this practice to access it.
What should I do?

    Hello,

    Call your Operator (SFR?) to unlock access.
