Hello everyone,
I have just been banned from playing at Casino Tropezia Palace simply because I was winning at Roulette. One and a half hours after my last games, I reconnected and there was "Magic": impossible to open any game window.........
The customer service always gives me the same response: "I will forward it to the technical department."
I tried other online casinos but everything is working fine.
The problem is that I haven't reached the minimum amount needed to withdraw my deposit + my winnings, so I'm stuck...
So here's a piece of advice for all new players: play until you reach the necessary threshold, withdraw your winnings, and keep going until you get blocked. Because yes, you will be at some point if you are a regular Winner..........

Come on, do you honestly think that this kind of site (I'm talking about online casinos)
will let you win indefinitely?

My winnings were finally credited this Saturday after the very courteous intervention of a customer service representative. It took 5 days between the availability of my winnings and their payment. Tropezia's commitment was fulfilled for me, and I hope it's the same for everyone.

Has anyone managed to get paid their winnings on Tropezia?
I won over 3000 euros and they are asking me for a lengthy list of personal documents even though they already have my personal and banking information.
They seem to be trying to discourage me so that I will gamble my winnings away.
I'd rather give them up than go back to this fraudulent site.
If you have any ideas on how I can get my winnings, please let me know…
