Hello, I am a player on Tropezia Palace, I played roulette and won my first win of €700 for a €60 bet.
I made a withdrawal request (request 1000 documents)
A week later, I won €185 for a €25 bet; I made a withdrawal.
A week later, I played again and won €240 by betting on color and €360 by betting on a number (31).
I requested a withdrawal and it was REFUSED. I asked why, and they told me the finance fraud service would contact me during the day.
They called me and accused me of cheating because supposedly I played using a martingale, which is prohibited.
I told them no, I didn’t use a martingale.
They said they would cancel my withdrawal and that I would only receive a transfer of €360, and if I wasn't happy, it was the same; I wouldn't complain, and they would cancel all my winnings.
DON'T PLAY ON THIS SITE; IT'S CRAP.
We are only allowed to lose money, not to win.
