Limited downloads despite premium account 1fichier.com

I bought a premium account on the hosting service 1fichier.com but despite that, my downloads are not fast! I usually get around 2 MB/s and when I download, I’m around 300 KB/s.

I went to a friend's house and tried to download with my premium account and it downloaded perfectly!
