Unlock "Caps Lock" with the "Shift" key on Linux

Hello,
Does anyone know how to configure Linux UBUNTU 13-10 so that the "Shift" key unlocks the capital letter selection previously activated by pressing the "Caps Lock" key?

    Thank you for your response, but all of this seems quite complicated and rather risky considering the potential to destabilize my system given my very limited computer skills.

    I was hoping there would be a simple way to achieve my goal directly.

    But perhaps I poorly formulated my question, which is why I am specifying it below:

    The standard setting for the French "AZERTY" keyboard that is offered to users when installing UBUNTU 13-10 is such that an action on the "Capslock" key locks uppercase letters. To unlock them, you have to press that same "Capslock" key again.

    In order not to disrupt long-standing habits, I would like to be able to unlock uppercase letters by pressing the "Shift" key, as I used to do.

    But perhaps there is no simple way to achieve this result?

      => 
      Keyboard
      => tab 
      Layouts
      => button 
      Options
      .

      There, you expand the line Caps Lock key behavior and choose the option that suits you, apparently it would be: 

      Caps Lock acts as a shift lock. Shift temporarily cancels Caps Lock.
