No sound with projector

Hello,
I just got an Epson TW-5200 projector, the image is stunning but I have a sound problem (I should note that I don't have an amplifier for now, but that will change soon... for the moment, the sound only comes from the projector).
Here’s the issue:
Box connected to the TV: no problem.
Blu-ray player connected to the projector: no problem.
Box connected to the projector: image ok, but NO SOUND!
The problem is not with the HDMI cable; it works perfectly.
Is it a settings issue on the projector? On the Orange decoder?

- when I connect my computer or my Blu-ray player to the projector via HDMI, everything works: sound and image.
- when I connect the Orange Livebox: I only get the image.
The projector's manual states the following: "if there is no sound when connecting an HDMI cable, set the connected device to PCM output."
I'm going to look for what "PCM output" means...
On its side, the Livebox manual doesn't indicate any other settings than what I mentioned above.
