The page cannot be displayed - HTTP 403 - Forbidden jaguar

Je veux me connecter à un site d'info et jusque là pas de problème, mais depuis quelques temps c'est devenu impossible quel que soit le navigateur utilisé (firefox, chrome ou IE). Le message d'erreur suivant (jamais vu ni connu) s'affiche :

J'ai essayé tous les following indiqués mais évidemment sans résultat.
jaguar c'est quoi ? j'espère que je ne suis pas infecté par une saloperie..
Voilà donc si vous avez une idée de ce que cela signifie merci de faire signe.
