F1 or F2 Startup Solved

Question

Hello
During a power outage, my computer shut down by itself. When I tried to restart it, I had the option for F1 or F2. I clicked on F1 to be able to open it for a week. What should I do to get my computer working like before? I have Windows 8.

I don't understand why you say that my French is mediocre; it's simple. I say that I can open my computer just by clicking on F1.

Sorry, it's not Windows 8 but Windows 7.

This is simply due to the loss of certain data from your PC because of the power failure. This loss occurs when the CMOS battery inserted in its slot on the motherboard is no longer functioning...
You can fix this problem by entering your BIOS settings. Now, I will need the brand of your motherboard so that I can guide you.

The motherboard is located INSIDE the case that contains your central unit.... But to know the brand of your motherboard, you just have to indicate the name that appears when you start your PC.

When I open my computer, here's what it says:

(on a black background Dell Inspiron
F2 set up
F12 boot options
then Diskette drive 0 seek failure
Press F1 to continue F2 to enter setup

And when I shut down my computer, a small blue screen appears saying Power Saving Mode

Well, if it's a Dell, then follow these instructions; You know it doesn't really pose a problem if the computer asks you to press F1 every time... My PC does that too..
What you need to do is this:
Press F2 to enter the BIOS settings...
