Hello,
I bought a 50 CHF iTunes card (yep, I'm Swiss) I enter my code and it tells me that the iTunes card has not been activated correctly I tried Apple support but I didn't understand anything, when I bought it I received a ticket that said: activation successful and with the seller's name, address, time... I went to the store and they told me they couldn't do anything. Sorry for the spelling mistakes.

Hi, I think the problem is more with the store where you bought the card. When purchasing a card, the store should activate it; they usually do this at the register when paying for the iTunes card (maybe the card wasn't activated at the time of purchase).
It's a shame you can't explain your conversation with Apple Support. -
Actually, with Apple Support they told me this: Hello Mr. xxxx,
Thank you for contacting iTunes Store Customer Service. My name is Jean, and I am happy to assist you.
I am sorry to hear that your iTunes gift card is not working. I understand how inconvenient this can be.
The issue may be that the card was not activated at the point of sale.
The list below outlines various ways we can help you activate it. Please follow the steps that correspond to your situation best:
- If you purchased the gift card in a store, contact the retailer directly with the receipt for your gift card and tell them that you cannot use your gift card because it has not been activated. If you do not have your receipt, the retailer may be able to look it up and activate the gift card.
- If you purchased the gift card on the Apple Store online, please provide the order number and attach digital images of the front and back of the gift card to your response. If you do not know the order number, let me know and I will see if I can find it. We do not need a copy of the receipt.
- If your gift card was a gift, please attach digital images of the front and back of the gift card along with the sales receipt showing the purchase of the gift card.
If you send us a receipt, please make sure the following four pieces of information are included:
1. The name and address of the retailer.
2. The purchase date.
3. The line corresponding to the purchase of the iTunes gift card.
4. Activation information, including the card's serial number and the last four digits of the card's unique identification number. If your receipt does not include a serial or identification number, your retailer may have given you an activation slip with this information. Please respond with a digital copy of the activation slip included with your gift card receipt, if applicable.
I sent the receipt with the store name, the date, the place where it says activation successful, and after point four I didn't understand between activation code and serial number.
