I can't restore the iPhone without Wi-Fi.

Hello,

I forgot my password on the iPhone and I looked at the restore mode, but the problem is that it tells me I need Wi-Fi, but if my iPhone is locked, I can't get Wi-Fi. Please help me.

    Hello, which password are you talking about? The one for your Apple/iCloud account or are you referring to the unlock code?
    If you have forgotten the unlock code for the iPhone, you cannot restore it directly on the device; you need to connect the iPhone to iTunes on a computer.
    Turn off the iPhone, press the Home button, connect the cable to iTunes, wait for the iPhone to turn on and display the iTunes logo + cable, then release the Home button.
    iTunes will detect the iPhone and offer to restore it (there's no other option).
    The unlock code will be erased along with all the content on the iPhone,
    IF you have backed up your iPhone on iTunes or iCloud, after restoring and configuring the iPhone, iTunes will prompt you to retrieve the backup provided you do not disconnect the iPhone from iTunes.
