Hello,
I tried, one day, to download a game on my computer via the Softonic download site, and during the download, I was shown SOMETHING LIKE "downloading in progress"
and since that day, my computer has been getting slower and has been bugging a lot.
Moreover, the game didn't download!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 33.0.1750.154

To clean up:
An AdwCleaner cleanup (about 10/15min):

Follow this tutorial https://www.malekal.com/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/?t=33839&start= AdwCleaner (by Xplode) on your desktop.
Go to the link, download AdwCleaner as indicated.
Launch AdwCleaner, click on [Scan].
The scan may take several minutes, please wait.
Once the scan is complete, click on [Clean]
Once the cleanup is finished, a report will open. Copy/paste the contents of the report into your next reply by copying/pasting.
If that doesn't work, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com to host the report, provide the link to the report in a new message.
Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt
then:
Malwarebytes scan (time: about 40min scan):

Download and install Malwarebyte: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
Update it and then run a scan.
At the end of the scan, click on "Quarantine all" at the bottom left.
Restart the computer if necessary.
After reboot, relaunch Malwarebytes.
Look for the report in the History tab.
On the left, Scan log.
Double-click on the scan in the list.
Then at the bottom Copy to clipboard
and paste the report here in a reply message.

That's when I got up and left
