At night, there isn't much light. So you need to increase the exposure time. And to avoid blurriness, the camera must not move. So either use a tripod or place it on a wall, a trash can, etc.
The other solution is to raise the ISOs significantly, but you will get noise. So if it's a static subject, the tripod is the best solution. -
It is nevertheless necessary to adjust the ISO based on the existing light.
