DLL C:\program Files\nettimeclient\ntlock.dll failed to load

the message continue to ask me for contact the administatorm for resolve that problem

Please help me about that problem; because it crosed my job on cyber cafe.

Click start
programs
accessories
tools systems
and restore system and if think it could be good
