I was looking for a low-priced used mini-excavator online (due to the crisis) and here's what I kept coming across.
Hello,
Thank you for responding to the sale of my mini-excavator which is still available. There are no expenses to be expected nor mechanical issues, with a supporting invoice and documents such as maintenance invoices, the transfer certificate, a sales agreement that has been pre-signed by myself and a photocopy of my passport. The mini-excavator is being sold for a bargain price of 4000 euros. The payment will be in cash, so you must have the cash on you.
I'm leaving you its specifications and photos to appreciate its condition:
MINI EXCAVATOR Bobcat E14, Year: 2005, Hours of use: 1000
in very good condition, no work needed, it comes with 3 buckets, it has never had any electronic or mechanical issues, with just a few hours of work like new).
PS: For my part, barely in retirement last February, I have just joined my husband in a government position abroad. We will only return in November, at the end of his job (RETIREMENT) and that is why the mini-excavator has been put up for sale. Since we haven't had enough time for the sale, we had to entrust the mini-excavator to a professional delivery person who handles deliveries in all regions, he will take care of delivering it to any place you want, you won't have any transport costs to cover, we have settled everything before our departure, we left him the mini-excavator with the keys as well as the sales agreement that I have already prepared, plus a copy of my ID and the rest of the documents (maintenance book, purchase invoice........) that you will all check on the day of delivery at the prefecture or at a police station, all the papers are up to date and in order.
If you want delivery, please leave your contact details as follows:
NAME.........FIRST NAME..............STREET..................CITY.........POSTAL CODE.............LANDLINE:................MOBILE PHONE........................
However, if you already have the cash, he can come to deliver it to you as early as tomorrow if you want, given our absence.
NB: You are free to refuse the purchase if upon delivery, you discover any defect whatsoever. I assure you that you will not have to pay any fees.
Awaiting your contact details if you are interested in our mini-excavator.
Sincerely,
The messages from the fake sellers all look alike, they are widespread on almost all sites and for mini-excavators priced up to 6000 euros at times.
However, on much more expensive and serious ads, you can indeed see the sellers' contact details for verification before contact.
So I'm giving up my search.
